ASIA PRIMARY ANGIOPLASTY CONGRESS (APAC) 2015
WELCOME TO ASIA PRIMARY ANGIOPLASTY CONGRESS 2015!
APAC 2014 marked an important first step in focusing our minds on STEMI PCI in Asia. Our 2nd Congress aims to build on this growing enthusiasm and energy by providing an interactive platform for like-minded clinicians to exchange views & knowledge and devise the best primary PCI practice in your country.
The theme of the 2nd Congress is “We Do Primary PCI”. We look forward to work with you to deliver the best care to our STEMI patients with this theme in mind since our discussions will look into the latest breakthroughs and controversies in the management of STEMI patients. An integral feature is the series of interactive case presentations that focus on our 4 themes: thrombus management, cardiogenic shock, weird & fascinating STEMI cases and complications in primary PCI. We will also delve into some success stories of improving STEMI outcomes (D2B initiatives) from selected Asian countries.
For the first time in an Asian cardiology conference, we are using the intuitive iPAD system for all participants to encourage everyone to ask and answer questions. We want YOU to participate more and make this YOUR meeting.
As we celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Singapore (SG50), we encourage you to take some time to participate in some of the mesmerizing events lined up during this celebratory period.
We look forward to welcome you to APAC 2015! ENJOY YOUR TIME IN SINGAPORE!

Dear Trade Partner,
Following the success of the 1st APAC meeting in Singapore last year that brought together over 250 delegates from all over the world, we are pleased to announce that this year’s congress will continue to serve as an important platform in the Asia Pacific region in the treatment of STEMI with primary angioplasty. We have lined up more international speakers from Denmark and the USA together with our 2014 faculty who will help us put up a world-class programme.
It will be held on 15th & 16th August, 2015 at Marina Mandarin Hotel, Singapore. We aim to foster more interaction to help delegates explore novel treatments and post their questions live.
The Congress also provides the industry with exposure and access to cardiologists with the capacity to influence the selection of products and services and renew friendships. It is also an opportunity for trade partners to demonstrate their commitment and extend visibility beyond local shores.
With a very exciting scientific program, we are confident of another good uptake this year. Looking forward to your active participation and support!
Yours faithfully
Paul Ong
